Custom Order Policy
Custom orders are not considered final until the customer has been contacted by Heirloom Textile Co to go over the sizing, materials, any other detail, and the deposit is processed. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Some garments require a deposit, and some do not, depending on the cost of the garment and the discretion of Heirloom Textile Co. If a certain material (fabric, lace, etc.) is not available, a substitute will be made with the same likeness at Heirloom Textile Co's discretion. Generally, a custom order has a lead time of 4-12 weeks, as agreed upon but not limited to, in the preliminary order.

Return Policy
As each gown is hand made , there are no returns accepted. Heirloom Textile Co will hear any concerns about the product, but reserves the right to make any decision regarding a concern. Heirloom Textile Co goes over the order in detail with the customer before finalizing the purchase, and thus maintains confidence that the final product will be what is initially agreed upon.
Copyright Policy
Heirloom Textile Co maintains rights to the intellectual property of the garments in their design. Physical rights to the garment become the client’s upon shipment of the garment.
Any photo reproduction, including professional photos or social media posts, must give rights to or mention Heirloom Textile Co.
